The Metro Bus #22-A travels from the Pentagon routinely every day. There is a stop at the intersection of Walter Reed Drive and Arlington Mill Road. A map of our office's location and driving directions utility can be found on our "Location" page.

9. What do I typically need to do to get a job assignment from Ace?
Once your application is completed and you have been hired, the best way to make yourself available for our job assignments is to show up at our office by 5:30 a.m. each day that you want to get work from us. We also have an off-site meeting location in downtown DC that we meet people at Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m. sharp. Please call the office for details as to where this location is. Due to convenience factors, this location can sometimes fluctuate, but the general idea behind this off-site meeting location is to provide easier access to the work we provide for those employees who may not have the ability to get to our office in Arlington, VA by 5:30 a.m.

10. When will I get paid by Ace for the work I perform?
Ace has the ability to pay you daily if desired, but many of our employees are paid weekly. Our office is open daily until 6:00 p.m. and payroll is generated every day that we are open. The choice is yours as to how frequently you get paid. It is very important that you get the customer that you worked for to sign and fill in your time sheet that you were issued by Ace when the job was assigned to you. This time sheet is your proof of work and the evidence that Ace has to verify your time worked and process your payroll to get you paid. Please make sure that the customer accurately completes the time sheet before you leave the job site each day. NEVER take it upon yourself to enter anything on your time sheet. ALWAYS allow the customer to do so as they are the only ones permitted to verify your work hours.
