Credit Application for New Customers
If you are interested in forming a partnership with Ace Temporaries, Inc. and would like to utilize our services, we would appreciate the completion of the attached form for all new customers. Please print and fill out the CUSTOMER APPLICATION and email it to adam@acetemps.com or fax it to (703) 683-8950 for review and approval. Once the review of the application is complete, we will be in contact with you to establish your account.
Credit Card Payment Form
Do you have an invoice from us that would be more convenient for you to pay by credit card? Is so, please fill out and print the CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM and either email it to adam@acetemps.com or fax it to (703) 683-8950. Please note that this form requires a signature before it can be processed. We accept all major credit cards to include Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We'll get the payment processed right away and provide you with a receipt as soon as possible.
